Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products due to the nature of our products being food. Once package(s) leave Tempting Sweets and are in the hands of the shipping company, Tempting Sweets relinquishes responsibility for the parcel(s). Any concerns regarding the delivery process or how the package has been handled should be addressed directly with the courier company.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. Once the package is marked as delivered by the courier, Tempting Sweets is no longer liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Issue Resolution: In the event of any issues with your order, such as missing items, damaged goods, or other concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase from Tempting Sweets.
All of our parcels are covered under insurance and covered for up to $100 so If in the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged we advise you to take your damaged parcel with the original packaging to your local Post Office as soon as you receive who can advise on how compensation can be achieved.
